Since Brexit export from the EU is required to be custom cleared. This is an extra handling which hardydeck is being charged £ 120. We will charge the same amount from you at the checkout page.
Webshop prices are VAT included. So your order is VAT included. Our transport company does the customs clearance for you. We will pay the UK VAT to our transport company and they pay the VAT to the HM Revenue & Customs.
For this reason your order needs to be at least £ 800, so it is possible to buy single boards, but these need to be part of a larger order. Sample orders can be shipped in a small parcel VAT exempt.
In short sales conditions to the UK are:
- due to custom clearance your order needs to be at least £ 800
- sample orders can be shipped VAT exempt
- for the custom clearance we charge a fixed fee of £ 120 (included in the transport cost)
- companies with a registred VAT can do the VAT clearance themselves so we can sell VAT exempt (DAP – Delivered at Place)
